How to read these papers

For each paper: read the abstract and conclusion first. Then read the introduction and related work to understand the problem. Then read the method section with a piece of paper — redraw every diagram, rewrite every equation in your own notation.
First pass · 15 min

Abstract → Introduction → Figures → Conclusion. Extract the core idea.

Second pass · 1–2 hrs

Methodology + Experiments. Re-derive key equations.

Third pass · Several hrs

Implement a minimal version in PyTorch/NumPy. Run the official code if available.
